For the salad:
- Kale
- Radicchio

Vinaigrette:
- 5 oz Raspberry Dark Balsamic
- 3 oz Italian Lemon Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO)
- 1 oz Mild EVOO
- 1 tsp poppy seeds
- Dash of pepper
To serve:
