Hummus
Hummus: a simple pleasure that takes moments to prepare. High-quality ingredients are the key to taking hummus from everyday to extraordinary, and swapping the olive oils and balsamics allows for dozens of variations.

Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chickpeas
- 3 tbsps freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 2 tbsps roasted tahini paste
- 2 tbsps water
- 1 large clove garlic
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- Fine sea or Himalayan salt
Directions
Put all ingredients in a food processor.
Process until smooth.
Add the ingredients from one of the twists below and process until combined.
For best results, let flavours meld overnight.
Adjust seasoning to taste right before serving.

- 2 tbsps Sicilian Lemon White Balsamic
- 1 tbsp Toasted Sesame Oil

- 4 tsps Honeybell Orange White Balsamic
- 1 tbsp Harissa Olive Oil

- 3 tbsps Garlic Olive Oil
- 1 tbsp Milanese Gremolata Olive Oil
