These banana pancakes are too good not to have a second helping. Perfectly crispy on the outside and fluffy and light in the middle.


  • 1-1/2 c flour
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 c milk (or almond milk)
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 ripe mashed bananas
  • 1/4 c (plus extra for cooking) Della Terra Sweet Butter Olive Oil
  1. Sift together dry ingredients. Whisk together wet ingredients. Combine.
  2. Preheat pan over med heat. Add a drizzle of Butter Olive Oil to pan.
  3. Add 1/4 cup of batter to pan. Flip when bubbles form. Cook till golden brown.
  4. Drizzle with Della Terra Bourbon Maple Balsamic or Maple Syrup. Enjoy!
