Sparkling bright and delicious these Peach Bellinis are a hit as a cocktail or a mocktail! Featuring our staff favourite Peach White Balsamic, this is a drink that you'll be serving up time and again.

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe peach peeled and diced
  • 1oz Della Terra Peach White Balsamic 
  • 1 bottle of chilled Prosecco or non-alcoholic sparkling white wine

    Instructions

    1. Combine diced peach and balsamic in a blender; blend until smooth. 
    2. Pour about 1 oz of peach puree into a flute glass; top with a little Prosecco and gently stir. Once foam has subsided top off with more Prosecco. Serve Chilled!
