Refund Policy

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on any food items. 

If you are dissatisfied with any non-food merchandise, you may return the unused item in its original packaging within 14 days of purchase for a store credit. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on books, sale items or gift cards.

 

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your non-food item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at fresh@dellaterra.ca. Please note that the return  will need to be sent to or dropped off at the following address: C3-211 Martindale Rd, Unit C3, St. Catharines, ON L2S 3V7

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that the cost to ship the return is not covered by Della Terra

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. The refund will be the cost of the item and any applicable taxes but any shipping costs will not be reimbursed. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at fresh@dellaterra.ca.
