A velvety twist on a refreshing summer classic!  Featuring our rich Dark Raspberry Balsamic this fun and fruity lemonade recipe has us drinking through rose coloured glasses all summer long!


  • 1 1/2 cups fresh or frozen raspberries 
  • 1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice 
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar (adjust to taste)
  • 3 tbsp Della Terra Dark Raspberry Balsamic 
  • 6 cups cold water


  1. In a blender, combine all the ingredients and blend.

  2. Taste the lemonade and adjust the sweetness by adding more sugar if needed.

  3. Strain through a fine mesh sieve into a large pitcher to remove the seeds, pressing down with a spoon to extract as much liquid as possible.

  4. Chill the lemonade in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.

  5. Fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the chilled raspberry lemonade over the ice.

  6. Garnish with lemon slices, fresh raspberries, and thyme.
