A great addition to crusty bread served alongside soups, stews, or chilli.
Cook: 50–60 minutes
Ingredients
- 1 large bulb garlic
- 1/4 cup Della Terra Chipotle Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary (optional)
- Sea or Himalayan salt
- Freshly ground pepper
Directions
Preheat the oven to 425°F.
Cut about 1/8-inch off the top of the garlic bulb, just enough to expose the cloves. Place it in a small baking dish.
Pour the Della Terra Chipotle Olive Oil over the garlic and sprinkle with rosemary if using.
Cover tightly with foil and bake on the middle rack for 50 to 60 minutes, until the cloves are soft and browned.
Squeeze the roasted garlic cloves into the oil and mash if desired.
Season with salt and freshly ground pepper to taste.
Serve warm with crusty bread.
