Ingredients
- 2 pkgs (350g each) extra-firm tofu
- 6 tbsps large-flaked nutritional yeast
- 5 tbsps freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 3 tbsps roasted tahini paste
- 1 tbsp Della Terra Garlic Olive Oil
- Two small handfuls fresh basil leaves
- Fine sea or Himalayan salt, to taste
- Fresh ground black pepper, to taste
Directions
Put the tofu, nutritional yeast flakes, lemon juice, tahini, oil, basil, and a generous pinch of salt in a food processor.
Process until well combined and nearly smooth, scraping down the sides if necessary. Adjust salt to taste.
Add freshly ground black pepper to taste and process again to combine.
Serve as desired, drizzling with the ingredients from one of the twists right before enjoying.
