Ingredients
- 1 lb ripe tomatoes, thinly sliced (preferably heirloom varieties)
- 1/3 cup Della Terra Premium Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1/4 cup Della Terra Oregano White Balsamic
- 2 tbsp fresh basil, slivered
- 8 oz fresh mozzarella, homemade or store-bought, drained
- Sea salt and freshly cracked black pepper, to taste
Directions
Arrange sliced tomatoes on a serving plate and season lightly with salt and pepper.
Whisk together Della Terra Premium Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Oregano White Balsamic.
Place a slice of fresh mozzarella on each tomato slice and scatter with fresh basil.
Drizzle generously with the vinaigrette and serve immediately.
