Cucumber Melon White Balsamic
Velvety Raspberry Lemonade
A velvety twist on a refreshing summer classic! Featuring our rich Dark Raspberry Balsamic this fun and fruity lemonade recipe has us drinking through rose coloured glasses all summer long!
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups fresh or frozen raspberries
- 1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar (adjust to taste)
- 3 tbsp Della Terra Dark Raspberry Balsamic
- 6 cups cold water

Instructions

In a blender, combine all the ingredients and blend.

Taste the lemonade and adjust the sweetness by adding more sugar if needed.

Strain through a fine mesh sieve into a large pitcher to remove the seeds, pressing down with a spoon to extract as much liquid as possible.

Chill the lemonade in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.

Fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the chilled raspberry lemonade over the ice.

Garnish with lemon slices, fresh raspberries, and thyme.
