We are excited to present this year’s well-balanced, early-harvest green-fruit Arbequina oil. Its flavour showcases a variety of herbal notes, mainly green olive fruit, herbs, green apple, and olive leaves, complemented by a pleasant black pepper and mint finish. In addition, it features classic nutty and buttery undertones typical of this variety. This mild-intensity extra virgin olive oil offers a fresh taste with a perfect balance of bitterness, pungency, and fruitiness.
