  • 5 oz. prewashed salad greens
  • 1 ripe pear, cored and thinly sliced
  • ½ cup toasted walnut pieces
  • 4 oz. blue cheese, crumbled 
Vinagrette:

With fork or small whisk combine oils and mustard in a small bowl. Gradually add in lemon balsamic until combined. Season with salt & pepper and set aside.

In Large bowl, combine greens, walnuts and sliced pear. Immediately before serving, toss greens with vinaigrette until lightly coated. Top with crumbled blue cheese.
