1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
3 tbsps Della Terra Robust Premium Extra Virgin Olive Oil
3 tbsps. apple sauce
1/2 cup vegetables, chopped (carrots or peas)
1 cup brown rice flour (or oat flour)
Milk - just enough to bring ingredients together
Mix all ingredients until a sticky ball forms. Cover and chill for 1 hour. On a non-stick surface, roll into bite-sized balls or roll flat and cut desired shapes. Bake on parchment lined cookie sheet at 375ºF for 15 minutes or until golden brown. Cool on wire rack and serve!
