Fresh and softly herbaceous, this Green Arbequina offers aromas of artichoke, tarragon, and fresh-cut grass. The palate is smooth and creamy, with notes of olive leaf, avocado, and fresh lettuce, finishing gently with green peppercorn and subtle baking spice. Mild and well balanced, with very little bitterness and a lingering, approachable warmth.

A beautiful choice for fresh pasta, creamy sauces, and simple dressings. Lovely drizzled over labneh, soft cheeses, or fresh greens, where its buttery texture and gentle flavour can shine.
