  • 1 ½ lbs. beef stew meat, chopped
  • 1 small bell pepper, chopped
  • ¾ cup fresh green beans, cut into 1” pieces
  • ¾ cup onion, chopped
  • ¾ cup carrots, chopped
  • 2/3 cups fresh whole kernel corn
  • 2 medium unpeeled potatoes, cut into 1” pieces
  • 1 ¼ cups water
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • ½ tsp. tried thyme
  • ½ tsp. minced garlic
  • ¼ tsp. pepper
  • ¼ cup Della Terra Neapolitan Herb Balsamic 
  • 2 cans (14oz.) beef broth
  • 2 cans (14 oz.) diced tomatoes
  • 1 can (8 oz.) tomato sauce

Mix all ingredients in a 3 ½-6 quart slow cooker.

Cover and cook on low heat setting 8-9 hours or until vegetables are tender.

Cook : 9 hours (crock pot)
