  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.  In a mixing bowl, whisk together the Fig Balsamic, Herbs de Provence Olive Oil, garlic, thyme and salt. Add beets to bowl and toss well to coat.

  2. Spread a single layer of beets onto a baking sheet.

  3. Bake for 45 minutes or until tender.
