Mediterranean Lamb Sliders
Juicy grilled lamb sliders seasoned with warm spices, fresh herbs, and Espresso Balsamic, topped with grilled red onion, roasted tomatoes, tzatziki, and olives for a bold Mediterranean-inspired bite.

Ingredients
- 1 cup chopped roasted tomatoes (reserve 3 tbsp for marinade)
- 1 lb ground lamb
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 1 tsp freshly ground pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp cumin
- 1/4 tsp coriander
- 1 clove garlic, smashed and chopped
- 2 tbsps Della Terra Espresso Balsamic
- 1/2 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 2 tbsp fresh oregano, chopped
- 1 small red onion, cut into rings
- Tzatziki, for serving
- Black olives, for garnish
- Slider buns or small rolls
Directions
In a large bowl, combine lamb, salt, pepper, paprika, cumin, coriander, garlic, parsley, and oregano.
Form into 12 small patties and refrigerate, covered, for 30 minutes.
Heat a grill or grill pan over high heat.
Combine reserved roasted tomatoes with Della Terra Espresso Balsamic to create a quick marinade.
Brush the tomato marinade over both sides of the lamb patties and grill until browned and cooked through, about 4 minutes per side.
Remove patties and let rest.
Brush red onion rings with remaining marinade, season with salt and pepper, and grill until softened and browned, about 5 minutes per side.
Lightly toast the cut sides of the slider buns.
Spread tzatziki on the bottom half of each bun and top with a lamb patty.
Garnish with grilled onion, a few roasted tomatoes, and black olives.
Top with the remaining bun half and serve.
