Cucumber Melon White Balsamic
A rich, slow-simmered chili packed with ground beef, vegetables, kidney beans, and deep flavour from Della Terra Italian Herb of Naples Dark Balsamic and Dark Chocolate Dark Balsamic. Perfect for cozy dinners, meal prep, and freezing for easy weeknight meals.

Ingredients
- 1 medium green pepper, chopped
- 2 medium onions, chopped
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1 tbsp Della Terra Premium Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 2 cans (28 oz each) diced tomatoes, undrained
- 1 can (8 oz) tomato sauce
- 1 cup water
- 2 tbsps Della Terra Italian Herb of Naples Dark Balsamic
- 2 tbsps Della Terra Dark Chocolate Dark Balsamic
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 2 cans (16 oz each) kidney beans, rinsed and drained
Directions
In a Dutch oven or large soup kettle, sauté green pepper, onions, and celery in Della Terra Premium Extra Virgin Olive Oil until tender, about 5 minutes.
Add ground beef and cook until browned. Drain excess fat.
Stir in diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, water, Della Terra Italian Herbs of Naples Dark Balsamic, Della Terra Dark Chocolate Dark Balsamic, and all seasonings.
Bring to a boil, then reduce heat.
Cover and simmer for 1 1/2 hours, stirring occasionally.
Add kidney beans and continue to simmer uncovered for 10 minutes longer.
If cooking for one or two, freeze in serving-size portions for easy future meals.
