Made by Hereward Farms with magnesium chloride and organic lavender essential oil, Soothe is an easy addition to your evening wind-down, or anytime your body could use a little extra care.
Lightweight, fast-drying and non-greasy, it delivers 14.1 mg of magnesium per spray with the soft, familiar scent of lavender. Reach for it after a long day, on tired muscles, or as part of that little ritual that tells your brain it’s time to switch off.
Made with just three ingredients, it’s 100% natural, vegan and free from artificial scents and colours.

HOW TO USE:
Spray 2–4 pumps onto areas that could use a little extra care, or onto the bottoms of your feet as part of your bedtime routine. Gently massage into the skin.
GOOD TO KNOW:
If you’re new to topical magnesium, you may notice a temporary tingling, warming or itchy sensation, particularly on dry, sensitive or freshly shaved skin.
Start with a small amount and try it on damp skin or the bottoms of your feet. Avoid broken, irritated or freshly shaved skin. If the sensation feels too strong, rinse it off after 15–20 minutes.
Discontinue use if you experience significant or lasting irritation, swelling, hives or blistering.
