Guacamolé has long been enjoyed the world over for its traditional applications in Mexican cuisine, and has been embraced in international cuisine as a dip, condiment, soup and salad ingredient. Our fresh Persian Lime Olive Oil adds a bright creaminess to the beloved side. Serve with tortilla chips or serve on your next Taco Tuesday Night!

Makes:  1 ½ - 2 cups


  • 1 clove fresh garlic, crushed and finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely diced
  • 1 cup diced tomato
  • 2 ripe avocados, medium sized
  • fresh ground pepper and salt (about 2 pinches each)
  • 2 tsp of Della Terra Persian Lime Olive Oil

Prepare and combine all ingredients. 
Tip: Save the pit and leave it in the guacamole to maintain freshness and prevent discolouration!
