A bright, fresh pasta dish with tender shrimp, cherry tomatoes, garlic, and herbs, brought together with Della Terra Lemon Olive Oil for a light and zesty finish.

Ingredients
- 340 g pkg spaghetti
- 2 tbsps Della Terra Lemon Olive Oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/4 tsp hot pepper flakes
- 450 g jumbo shrimp (21–25 count), peeled and deveined, tails on
- 1/2 red onion, finely diced
- 3 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/3 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- Reserved pasta cooking liquid
- Fresh lemon slices, for serving
Directions
Cook spaghetti in a large pot of boiling salted water according to package instructions. Reserve 1/2 cup of the cooking liquid, then drain and set aside.
In the same pot, heat Della Terra Lemon Olive Oil over medium heat.
Add garlic, oregano, and hot pepper flakes and cook for about 30 seconds, until fragrant.
Add shrimp and red onion and cook, stirring, until shrimp begin to turn pink, about 1 minute.
Add cherry tomatoes and cook for another 2 minutes, until they begin to soften.
Return the cooked pasta to the pot along with parsley and reserved cooking liquid.
Toss everything together and cook for 1 minute until well combined and heated through.
Serve immediately with fresh lemon slices.
