Whether for tapas or part of a snack spread, these candied nuts can be summed up in two words: amazingly addictive.

- 1 cup mixed nuts, toasted
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- Fine sea or Himalayan salt
- Ingredients from Twist
TWIST #1 Sweet Heat
TWIST #2 Honey-Citrus Spice
TWIST #3 Curried Red Apple
- 1 tbsp Della Terra Premium Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 tbsp plus 2 tsps Della Terra Red Apple Dark Balsamic
- 2 tsps Metropolitan Chef Curry Rub
Lay a piece of parchment paper out on a flat surface. Put the brown sugar, salt, and Twist ingredients in a medium saucepan. Heat until bubbling over medium heat. Stir in the nuts and cook, stirring constantly, for 5 minutes.
Spread the mixture on the parchment paper.
Let cool completely before eating or storing.
Makes 1 cup
