Suggested Uses
Excellent as pasta sauce, or accompanying meat, vegetables and cheese, but also great on bruschetta and canapés.

Black olives (salt, acidifier: lactic acid) 90.5%, Garlic, Extra virgin olive oil, Natural lemon flavour 0.5%, Thyme.
Storage
After opening, cover with oil, refrigerate and use within 3 to 4 days.
