  • ½ lb. shelled medium deveined shrimp, tail on
  • grated zest of 1 lemon
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • ¼ tsp. cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp. Della Terra Harissa Olive Oil
  • sea salt and black peppercorns
  • juice of ½  lemon
  • 2 tbsps. Fresh chopped cilantro

 
In a medium bowl combine the shrimp, lemon zest, garlic and cinnamon.  Cover and refrigerate for up to 3 hours or until ready to cook.
 
Heat the oil in a large skillet on high. Add the shrimp mixture and toss rapidly for 2 to 3 minutes, just until shrimp starts to curl. Season with salt and pepper.  Add the lemon juice and fresh cilantro, and serve immediately on a small platter for sharing.
