Moroccan Shrimp
Quick-seared shrimp tossed with lemon zest, garlic, and warm cinnamon, finished with Della Terra Harissa Olive Oil, fresh cilantro, and a squeeze of lemon for a bright, lightly spiced appetizer or light main.

Ingredients
- 1/2 lb shelled medium shrimp, deveined, tails on
- Zest of 1 lemon
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tbsps Della Terra Harissa Olive Oil
- Sea salt and black pepper, to taste
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- 2 tbsps fresh cilantro, chopped
Directions
In a medium bowl, combine shrimp, lemon zest, garlic, and cinnamon.
Cover and refrigerate for up to 3 hours, or until ready to cook.
Heat Della Terra Harissa Olive Oil in a large skillet over high heat.
Add shrimp mixture and cook, tossing quickly, for 2–3 minutes, just until shrimp begin to curl and turn pink.
Season with salt and black pepper.
Add lemon juice and fresh cilantro.
Serve immediately on a platter.
