Preheat oven to 350°
With a hand mixer, beat butter until light and fluffy, slowly adding sugar, egg yolk, and Cranberry Pear White Balsamic, until well blended. Add flour and salt, and mix until combined
Cover dough and chill in refrigerator for 15 minutes.
Roll dough into 2 inches balls (2 tbsp. of dough), then roll in sugar to dust lightly.
Place on a parchment lined cookie sheet 1 inch apart. Flatten cookies slightly with palm.
Bake for 10-12 minutes or until lightly golden.
Cool cookies for 5 minutes, then press a chocolate kiss into the center of each cookie. Enjoy!
