Spicy and warm Della Terra Cinnamon Pear Balsamic gives roasted sweet potatoes a deliciously sweet and rich glaze.
- 4 medium sweet potatoes, peeled cut into wedges or sticks
- 1/3 cup Della Terra Cinnamon Pear Dark Balsamic Vinegar
- 2 tbsps Della Terra Butter Olive Oil
- 3/4 tsp kosher or sea salt
Heat oven to 400ºF. Cut a piece of parchment paper to fit the bottom of a cookie sheet.
Thoroughly whisk together Cinnamon Pear Balsamic and Butter Olive Oil. In a large, bowl toss to liberally coat sweet potato with the emulsified balsamic-olive oil mixture.
Arrange potato wedges or sticks on parchment paper lined pan in a single layer, without over-crowding. Sprinkle with sea salt and roast for 45 minutes until tender and the balsamic glaze has caramelized.
