A colourful and flavourful mix of five olive varieties, each harvested at a different stage of ripeness to offer a rich diversity of taste and texture. From the buttery softness of Verdial to the wild, intense notes of Zorzaleña, this mix is a true expression of Spanish olive-growing tradition.

The mix includes:

• Gordal: Large and pulpy, with a smooth, tender flavor and a satisfying crunch.

• Cornicabra: Deep hues from brown to purple, with firm flesh and bold, natural flavour.

• Verdial: Bright green to yellow, known for its delicate buttery taste and soft texture.

• Cuquillo: Grown near the Mediterranean, it offers an oily, intense flavour and velvety texture.

• Zorzaleña: Earthy tones and a wild, distinctive flavour, with a firm bite.

Losada olives are picked by hand to keep the fruit perfectly intact. Traditional and natural methods are used for processing to table olives.
