Spicy Roasted Butternut Squash
A warm, flavourful roasted squash dish with smoky harissa olive oil, sweet Honeybell Orange White Balsamic, and fragrant herbs. Perfect as a simple side or mashed and served as part of a hearty meal.

Ingredients
- 1/2 butternut squash, cut in half lengthwise
- 1/2 tsp ground allspice
- 2 tbsps Della Terra Harissa Olive Oil
- 2 tbsps Della terra Honeybell Orange White Balsamic
- 2 tsps dried thyme
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
- Salt and freshly ground pepper
Directions
Preheat oven to 375°F.
In a small bowl, mix together all topping ingredients.
Spoon mixture over the cut sides of the butternut squash.
Roast for 35–40 minutes, or until the squash is tender and golden (timing may vary depending on size and texture).
Remove from oven and slice or scoop out flesh.
Mash if desired and serve.
