- ½ butternut squash, cut in half lengthwise
- ½ tsp. ground allspice
- 2 tbsps. Della Terra Harissa Olive Oil
- 2 tbsps. Honey Bell Orange White Balsamic
- 2 tsps. dry thyme
- 1 tsp. dry rosemary
- salt and freshly ground pepper
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
In a medium bowl mix all of the topping ingredients and pour over squash. Roast in the oven for 35-40 minutes or until squash is tender and golden. (times will vary depending on texture of squash.
Slice or scoop out, mash and serve.
