Put all ingredients in the food processor. Process until smooth. Add the ingredients from a Twist below. Process until combined. For best results, let flavors meld overnight. Adjust seasoning to taste right before serving.
- 2 cups cooked chickpeas
- 3 tbsps freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 2 tbsps roasted tahini paste
- 2 tbsps water
- 1 large clove garlic
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
