This jam is made using handpicked prickly pears from the sunny coasts of Sicily and produced in small batches according to traditional recipes. It has a distinct flavour, with sweet and tart notes, that will bring a burst of sunshine to your breakfast table.

No processed ingredients, such as concentrates, juices, pulps or purees, are used in the production of this organic extra jam. Favuzzi uses freshly harvested pears to maintain optimal flavour and aroma. It is organic and contain 60% whole fruit.
Suggested Uses
Enjoy on toast, with cheese, ricotta or yogurt. It can also be used to make "crostata", the famous Italian baked pie made of a sweet dough base covered with jam, marmalades or spreads.
