Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh wild blueberries, washed
  • 1 tsp grated lime zest
  • 2 tbsp Della Terra Lemon Olive Oil
  • 1 cup plain yogurt (4–5% M.F.)
  • ½ cup honey
  • 2 tbsp water

Instructions

  1. Place blueberries, water, lime zest, and honey in a medium saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Heat until the blueberries begin to simmer, about 2 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat and allow mixture to cool slightly.
  4. Add yogurt and Della Terra Lemon Olive Oil to the saucepan.
  5. Whisk until fully blended and smooth.
  6. Allow mixture to cool to room temperature.
  7. Pour into popsicle or paleta moulds.
  8. Freeze until fully set.
