Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh wild blueberries, washed
- 1 tsp grated lime zest
- 2 tbsp Della Terra Lemon Olive Oil
- 1 cup plain yogurt (4–5% M.F.)
- ½ cup honey
- 2 tbsp water
Instructions
- Place blueberries, water, lime zest, and honey in a medium saucepan over medium heat.
- Heat until the blueberries begin to simmer, about 2 minutes.
- Remove from heat and allow mixture to cool slightly.
- Add yogurt and Della Terra Lemon Olive Oil to the saucepan.
- Whisk until fully blended and smooth.
- Allow mixture to cool to room temperature.
- Pour into popsicle or paleta moulds.
- Freeze until fully set.
