This complex, floral, green-olive fruity Picual is made from the first harvested olives of the season. It has strong aroma and overall fruitiness with a nicely balanced bitterness and pungency. Very fresh, grassy and herbaceous with flavours of raw artichoke, mint, and nettle along with undertones of green apple, green banana, eucalyptus, and tomato leaf. Nicely pungent with low bitterness. Perfect to complement and enhance strong flavoured foods.
