These brined caper berries have a clean, lemony flavour that is milder than capers. Use in place of olives or as an addition to antipasto. An ideal garnish for hummus or tossed into Greek salad. Slice in half and add to veal, chicken, pork or fish piccata.
Ingredients : Caper berries, water, vinegar, salt, conservant (potassium sorbate).
