Agrodolce - Rosemary Garlic

Agrodolce, whose name comes from "agro" (sour) and "dolce" (sweet),  is made by reducing our Condimento Bianco and Apple Cider Vinegar with cane sugar. During the brewing process fresh garlic and wild rosemary are added to create this vinegar syrup with a strong, bold character - the perfect balance of sour and sweet.

The slightly syrup-like consistency and flavour help brighten any food making it the perfect condiment!
