Agrodolce, whose name comes from "agro" (sour) and "dolce" (sweet), is made by reducing our Condimento Bianco with cane sugar. During the brewing process, pure agave nectar and fresh habañero peppers are added to create this vinegar syrup with a strong, bold character - the perfect balance of sour and sweet.
